　　王丽研究员主要致力于运用多组学的数据探讨植物在进化过程中的演变。一方面，从宏进化的角度，利用比较基因组学和演化发育生物学的方法，探讨植物重要性状起源和演化的分子机制；另一方面，从微进化的角度，以群体遗传学理论为支撑，研究作物在驯化、扩散和培育过程中有害突变的变化。以第一作者或并列第一作者发表共8篇SCI收录论文，分别发表于Genome Biology, New Phytologist， BMC evolutionary Biology等国际期刊。她担任进化学领域经典期刊《Molecular Ecology》, 《Evolution》, 《New Phytologist》, 《Peer J》等杂志的审稿人。多次在国内外重要学术会议上作报告，积极与国内外优势研究团队合作，共同推进细分领域的前进和发展。
