1. “稻-薯-猪”生态循环种养系统；

2. 基因工程食用动物制备、评价及产业化策略研究；

3. 未来食品的评价和伦理。   

研究进展

生产性能评价：完成了MSTN编辑猪长期全面的生产性能评价，确定了猪MSTN基因编辑的位点效应和品种效应，解析了MSTN基因编辑猪纯合子站立困难的分子机制；

社会评价：创新了“自然杂交等同”的基因工程食用动物分类的工作框架。

安全性评价：提出了基于转基因和基因编辑产品的区别，合理简化转基因产品和基因编辑产品的监管体系。明确了基因编辑在农业育种和医学治疗方面的应用具有重要区别。
