Genome Analysis Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture was established in Nov 2016. It is aimed to develop generic and big data technologies for agricultural omics studies, to build a cloud computing platform, and to provide high-quality data services. The laboratory mainly focuses on (1) storage, calculation and application of agricultural omics data; (2) basic theories and methods for genome analysis of agricultural organisms; (3) genomic molecular design breeding;(4) agricultural metagenomics.
