Shenzhen Key Laboratory for Analysis and Utilization of Agricultural Genome & Phenotype was established in Jan 2015. It is aimed to establish a sound agricultural omics data technology system, carries out the analysis and application of agricultural omics data, and improves the agricultural gene omics data utilization and transformation. The laboratory mainly focuses on :(1) collecting agricultural genomic data, (2) building a big data repository of agricultural genomic data, (3) big data bioinformatics remining, (4) establishing the largest agricultural gene big data storage and utilization platform in China.
