Finance and Assets Management Office
Responsibilities
The office establishes and implements comprehensive financial and asset management regulations. It oversees budget preparation and final accounting for the institute's primary accounts and national treasury accounts. The office manages special funds allocation and performs accounting operations, while administering housing fund contributions and processing staff salaries/subsidies according to personnel policies.
Key functions include:
Tax declaration and compliance
Financial management for capital construction projects, labor union funds, and Party fee accounts
Government procurement planning and budget reporting
State-owned assets supervision, including registration, inventory auditing, and reporting
Execution of leadership-assigned special tasks
