The experimental platform at our institute provides comprehensive infrastructure for cutting-edge disciplines such as multi-omics algorithms, synthetic biology, and eco-agriculture. The facility is equipped with 95 major instruments valued over 300,000 RMB each, including 62 high-end research devices with a total worth of 124.34 million RMB (50,000 RMB+ per unit).

The platform has facilitated groundbreaking achievements including the in vitro synthesis of paclitaxel and studies on tomato flavor mechanisms. Notably, our high-performance computing (HPC) platform ranks as the largest among China's agricultural research institutions, featuring:

•Computing power: 500 TFLOPs

• Storage capacity: 16 petabytes

To date, the HPC center has served over 100 research institutions by providing: cluster system construction, big data analysis, bioinformatics database development, high-performance computing solutions, Mass storage services.
