Dr. Erwei Zuo is a Research Professor, doctoral supervisor, Director of Animal Genome Research Center, "leading talent" of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

In recent years, he has been committed to the research and development and application of new gene editing technologies by means of molecular biology and computational biology and promoted the construction of a safety evaluation system for the medical application of gene editing technology.
