Yubo Zhang, Researcher, PhD student supervisor, PI of Agricultural Genomics Institute at Shenzhen. He received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IHB, CAS) in 2007. He did his Postdoc work at the Genome Institute of Singapore, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and National Institutes of Health from 2008 to 2016. He served as a researcher at the Agricultural Genomics Institute in Shenzhen, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science (AGIS, CAAS) in 2015. He is a candidate of the National Major Talent Project (Youth Project), a leading talent in science and technology innovation of the "Pearl River Plan" in Guangdong Province, and a national leading talent in Shenzhen. His research endeavors have resulted in over 30 publications in prestigious journals such as Nature, Nature Genetics, Nucleic Acids Research, PNAS, and Science Bulletin, with a cumulative impact factor exceeding 180 and over 1600 citations in SCI. Additionally, He has filed 14 patent applications, with 9 granted patents, and obtained 1 software copyright. He holds leadership roles as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief for the Global Journal of Animal Sciences and Medicine, and he is a committee member for PLM, Global Journal of Animal Sciences and Medicine, Chinese Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Chinese Journal of Herbivores
