Yancong Zhang
Yancong Zhang, researcher, doctoral supervisor. She obtained her doctorate from Beijing Normal University in 2017, and joined the laboratory of Curtis Huttenhower, a microbial genomics and computational biologist at Harvard University in 2018. as a postdoctoral researcher. In 2022, she was promoted to Research Scientist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. She has been engaged in the mining and analysis of microbiome data for a long time, in the integration of multi-omics data and computational biology analysis. In the past five years, she has published more than 20 SCI in authoritative international journals such as and Nature Medicine, including a study published in Nature (2022) as the sole first author, which established a new research strategy for deciphering the molecular "dark" of the microbiome. In 2022, he received the Outstanding Research Award for Chinese Scientists at Harvard Medical School.
