Huiguang Yi is an associate researcher and MSc student  supervisor at AGIS.  He is mainly engaged in the development and application of omics algorithms. A series of innovative ideas and techniques are proposed in the fields of comparative genomics algorithm based on dimension reduction of sequence big data, novel transcriptome quantitative algorithm and metagenomic analysis algorithm.
