Peng Cui
Peng Cui, Research Professor, PhD supervisor. Omics group leader, honored as Shenzhen overseas high-level talent, Guangdong Youth Talent, "Youth Talent" of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has long been engaged in plant genomics and bioinformatics research, including genomics research of important oil crops, development of genomic model prediction tools, and application of artificial intelligence algorithms in the field of multi-omics data integration. He has published 30 papers as first author or corresponding author (co-author) in journals such as Biology, Nature Communications, Plant Cell, Genome Biology, Molecular Botany, and Advanced Research. He is currently on the editorial board of the international journal 《Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics》 and the CSCD Core Library journal 《Genomics and Applied Biology》. He was invited to write a review of plant genomics in 《Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics》; and served as a reviewer for Genome Biology, Genomics, Proteomics and Bioinformatics, and Frontiers in Plant Science.
