Our research group is dedicated to the development and application of omics algorithms, mainly including:

1) Research on novel transcriptome expression quantification algorithms.

2) Research on general dimensionality reduction algorithms for omics big data, and their    application in fast comparative genomics research and related applications.

3) Development and research of metagenomic analysis algorithms.
