The research group is mainly engaged in the development of omics algorithms: 1) Develop fast and accurate sequence alignment and assembly algorithms; 2) Develop efficient graph genome construction and analysis pipeline; 3) Prepare the standard data set of image phenotype and build a sharing platform，Develop recognition algorithm for plant phenotypic image; 4) Develop DNA digital storage algorithm with high error correction ability; 5) Development of extended sequencing methods: such as low-frequency mutation detection, metagenomic sequencing, etc.; 6) On the basis of the research of omics algorithms, further bioinformatics research are carried out to provide support for the in-depth utilization of omics algorithms.
