1.Gene mining and genetic analysis of important agronomic traits in rice

Based on 3,000 global rice germplasm resources and target trait introgression lines from excellent variety backgrounds, combined with high-throughput SNP genotypes obtained from resequencing or gene chips, we have mapped and mined genes with excellent green traits affecting rice quality, yield, resistance to inversion, and biotic and abiotic resistance for polygenic polymerization breeding of complex traits.

 2.Rice variety breeding and commercialization

Using the self-selected light-temperature-sensitive two-line sterile lines Chun 6S and Chun 199S, 25 new rice varieties have passed the certification at the national and provincial levels, and among them, 12 new hybrid rice varieties has been commercialized. The cumulative amount of transformation has exceeded ten million dollars. We are committed to building the "Spring Series" two-line hybrid rice series products and the "Spring Oil Jim Series" high-quality, fragrant conventional rice series products to improve market competitiveness.
