Xinyan Zhang, Principal Investigator,Doctoral Advisor,“Outstanding Young Talent” of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science (CAAS). He received his PhD degree in plant biology from Peking University in 2013 and then did his postdoc research at Purdue University, USA. Xinyan joined AGIS in August, 2019. The main research interests of his lab are genetic dissecting of agronomically important traits in crops and understanding ecological mechanisms in eukaryotic genome functioning.
