Xinjie Wang Lab

The laboratory focuses on the development of new biosensors for the detection of harmful pathogens, toxins, and allergens in agricultural products and food, as well as innovative diagnostic technologies for emerging and emergent human and animal diseases. Wewill further study the mechanism of CRISPR gene detection, and comprehensively utilize technologies including synthetic biology, nanomaterials, microfluidic, and artificial intelligence to develop new detection technology solutions that are more sensitive, more specific, easier to use, faster, and more intelligent. Around the scientific problems and social needs of accurate detection, focus on the development and optimization of a new generation of CRISPR detection technology.

Postdoc
    • Shangyi Wu( wushangyi@caas.cn): Shangyi Wu is now a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Food Science Center, AGIS Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, majoring in Biology science and technology. She obtained her doctor's degree in Food science and technology in 2023 at Shenyang Agricultural University. Her current research interests include developing rapid and sensitive detection devices, optical biosensors for the detection of contaminants, and preparation of nanomaterials and biological modifications on their surfaces.

    • Ting Shi(Email: shiting@caas.cn): Her research direction is food quality and safety, and she is mainly engaged in quality analysis and authenticity identification of camellia oil, using the combination of nuclear magnetic resonance, and multiple indicators (fatty acids, triglycerides, accompanying compounds, and volatile components) with chemometrics. In the past 5 years, as the first author, she has published 5 SCI Zone 1 articles (including Trends in Food Science&Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Control), 1 Chinese article (EI), and authorized 4 invention patents (supervisor first, myself second), with a cumulative IF greater than 40. Additionally, the research project “Trace Accompanying Substances in Different Processing Methods (KYCX20_1850)”, has been completed from June 2020- December 2022.
