Taking diploid potato as the research material, we have explored the genetic effects of potato on functional microbiome assembly, and exploited the mechanism of interaction between potatoes and microorganisms by the joint multi-omics analysis of genome, transcriptome, metabolome and metagenome. Hosting a General Program of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and published six SCI papers, two papers as the first author, and participating in three patent applications.
