  贾耿介,研究员、博士生导师,入选国际计算生物学协会。2008年于中国科学技术大学本科毕业,2013年在新加坡国立大学和麻省理工学院联合培养项目取得博士学位。研究专长包括生物信息学、健康表型大数据(如电子病历和体检报告)挖掘、精准营养、自然语言处理、生物分子网络建模、以及多组学数据分析。以第一或通讯(含共同)作者在Nature Computational Science, Nature Communications、Metabolites、Bioinformatics 等发表学术论文。

  

研究方向

通过开发分析多维度健康大数据和营养/膳食大数据的算法

1. 发掘复杂疾病亚型(通过共病模式的系统识别和多组学分析),解析其遗传学基础,进一步设计亚型特异的精准营养干预措施;

2. 描述疾病并发的模式规律,建立并发症风险预测模型,寻找最优膳食和(或)药物组合;

3. 阐释人体消化等系统、其间微生物群落、和食品营养三方的相互作用关系。
