 简历介绍:


王桂荣,研究员,博士生导师。


2002年毕业于中国农业科学院农业昆虫与害虫防治专业,获农学博士学位。2005年-2010年美国范德比尔特大学从事博士后研究。长期从事害虫化学生态学和功能基因组学的研究工作,提出以嗅觉受体为靶标高通量筛选昆虫行为调控剂的新思路,研发了重要农业害虫绿色防控新技术。主持国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金、国家基金重点项目、国家基金重点国际合作项目、国家重点研发计划等项目。发表研究论文150余篇,其中以第一或者通讯作者在PNAS、Current Biology、Mole.Biol.Evol.、eLife等杂志上发表SCI论文80余篇,获授权国家发明专利8件,主(参)编著作3 部。

 研究领域:


研究方向:

实验室的主要研究方向是昆虫化学生态学和功能基因组学。目前的研究课题是:(1)昆虫的化学生态学机制和昆虫行为调节剂的开发。这是为了利用组学、神经生物学和结构生物学对关键的化学传感分子靶标进行功能表征,阐明昆虫嗅觉行为的机制,然后利用人工智能和高通量筛选开发新的昆虫行为调节剂。(2) 昆虫RNAi的分子机制及其应用。研究不同昆虫,特别是鞘翅目、鳞翅目和直翅目重要害虫RNAi差异的分子机制。同时,我们利用功能基因组学、合成生物学和纳米材料等新技术开发RNAi农药。


研究进展:

深圳市科技计划:该项目由深圳市科创委立项。该基金会的目的是通过功能基因组学开发新技术,以环保的方式控制害虫。

(1) 对害虫基因组进行高质量测序和组装。

(2) 识别害虫特定生物过程中的关键基因,如嗅觉行为或表型,作为分子靶标。

(3) 开发基于目标的害虫防治技术,如昆虫行为调节剂或RNAi杀虫剂。
