 简历介绍:


陶永富,研究员,博士生导师。

2009年本科毕业于吉林大学,2014年获得中国农业大学作物遗传育种博士学位。2014至2022在澳大利亚昆士兰大学从高粱遗传育种工作、先后任职博士后和研究员。2023年入职中国农科院深圳农业基因组研究所,获得国家级青年人才支持。迄今已在国际学术期刊发表论文20余篇,其中近五年以第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Plants、Nature Communications、Molecular Plant、Trends in Plant Science、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Plant Journal等期刊上发表论文十多篇。


 研究领域:


研究内容:

课题组以高粱遗传育种为主要研究方向。高粱抗干旱、耐高温,耐盐碱和土壤瘠薄,是边际土地的优良“拓荒者”。将在开发边际土地,保障我国粮食安全中发挥重要作用。课题组旨在利用广泛的种质资源,通过遗传学、植物生理学和群体遗传学研究,结合比较基因组学和分子生物学手段解析高粱适应逆境胁迫的遗传基础,挖掘高粱高产和抗逆性的优良基因,探究高粱高产和逆境胁迫响应的分子调控机理,进而指导高粱高产抗逆育种。


研究进展:

课题组长期致力于作物优良基因挖掘和重要农艺性状的遗传和分子调控机理探究,并取得了一系列创新性研究成果。包括构建首个高粱泛基因组,挖掘了大量存在缺失变异基因并揭示了其在重要农艺性状遗传调控中的作用;构建高粱籽粒大小的遗传调控网络并解析了它们与源库关系的联系;克隆了第一个玉米粗缩病抗病基因并阐释了其抗病分子机理。
