个人简介:

樊伟,研究员,博士生导师,中国农科院青年英才,深圳市国家级领军人才。当前主要开展农业领域的微生物宏基因组研究。长期从事基因组学与生物信息学领域,主要学术成就有:主持和参与完成了多个大型基因组学项目,包括灭蚊芽孢杆菌、黄瓜、大熊猫和首个亚洲人的基因组测序和分析,首次利用二代测序技术完成高等生物大熊猫基因组研究,首次利用单细胞测序技术完成人类精子和卵子细胞水平基因组研究,首次在国际上完成了鸡肠道宏基因组系统研究,并开发了多个生物信息学软件。研究成果发表于Nature、Science、Cell、Bioinformatics等国际期刊,累积引用次数超过3700次,其中“大熊猫基因组”入选2010年中国十大科技进展,“利用极体高通量测序结果精确推演出母源基因组信息”入选2014年中国科学十大进展。

 

工作经历:

2005年7月–2007年7月, 生物基因组学技术员,北京华大基因研究中心

2007年8月-2011年12月,项目负责人,深圳华大基因研究院

2012年1月-2012年8月,生物基因组学工程师,北京大学生物动态光学成像中心

2015年7月-至今,首席科学家,中国农业科学院深圳农业基因组研究所

 

学习经历:

2001年9月-2005年6月,理学学士,南开大学生物技术
