个人简介:

崔鹏于中国科学院北京基因组研究所博士毕业,主要从事基因组学、转录组学、生物信息学和植物抗逆方向的研究工作,在领域内已发表SCI论文37篇,累计引用次数约700次;其中第一和并列第一作者论文20篇。近五年,申请人主要通过比较转录组学和蛋白功能实验相结合的方式,研究植物基因转录后调控(包括RNA剪接准确性,可变剪接和mRNA的降解)的分子机制,以及基因转录后调控在植物抗逆(主要涉及抗盐)中的作用。其主要的研究成果以第一作者身份发表在the Plant Cell(第一作者), Genome Biology(第一作者),Molecular Plant(第一作者),PLOS Genetics(并列第一作者)等国际著名期刊。
