Comparative developmental genetic methods were used to reveal the differential molecular regulatory mechanisms of Chinese local and Western lean pigs in meat production traits and skeletal muscle growth and development. In combination with whole-genome variant analysis, several key coding and non-coding genes regulating pig meat production traits were identified, which provided an important theoretical basis for molecular design breeding of pigs. 

 The invention patent "Proteins Related to Pig Immune Traits and Their Encoding Genes and Applications" won the second prize of China's excellent invention patent.
