梁翔禹,研究员,博士生导师


2019年博士毕业于复旦大学高分子科学系和聚合物分子工程国家重点实验室,先后在南方科技大学依次从事博士后和高级研究学者。长期专注于可降解生物材料、仿生材料设计与制造、组织工程和软材料极端力学等领域。现主持广东省自然科学基金(青年项目)和深圳市科技创新人才培养项目(博士启动)等。近年来共发表20余篇论文和3项中国发明专利,主要发表在Nature communication、Advanced materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Small、Biofabrication、Materials Chemistry Frontiers、ACS Biomaterials Science & Engineering等国际权威期刊上,其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在国际学术期刊上发表学术论文9篇。现为广东省自然科学基金项目入库评审专家。



 研究领域


研究内容:

受大自然的启发,人类已经开发了多种类型和多种功能的仿生材料(Bioinspired materials)。特别是具有独特且矛盾性质的多层分级结构的进化发展,例如高强度和韧性组合的,为现代先进材料工程提供了巨大的灵感。在合成复合材料中模仿自然的分级微观结构可以产生更耐损伤的结构,并且一些生物灵感材料已经在各种应用中实现。我们的研究方向主要是基于自然生物的构效关系,开发高性能仿生结构材料及其先进工艺技术,主要包括:第一,可降解生物材料;第二,仿生材料结构设计与制造;第三,组织工程与药物缓释。


研究进展:

课题组以天然高分子和可降解合成高分子为主要研究材料,利用3D打印、冷冻铸造、高分子成型与加工等方法,并结合计算机仿真等手段,来研究仿生材料的结构性能,特别是生物材料的降解特性、力学性能以及极端场景下的应用。课题组的研究方向主要包括:第一,可降解生物材料的开发与应用,如可降解塑料、可降解医用器械和可降解功能性器件等;第二,通过仿生设计材料的微观结构和化学组分,实现其在极端场景下的应用,如柔性电子器件、软体机器人和防护器具等;第三,通过对生物医用材料的结构形态和理化特性调控,开发出可软硬组织修复与再生的多孔聚合物支架材料。
